Anise Hotel & Spa Hanoi

Hotel was clean and comfortable, location is close within walking distance to Dong Xuan market which is a great shopping spot. I made a last minute reservation at around 10.30pm following some trouble with another hotel booking, but Anise attended to my booking immediately and staff didn’t even insist on paying on the night of arrival, told me to get some rest first as I was pretty tensed from earlier messed up reservation with another hotel. Truly grateful with that, my family was really relieved that Anise treated us with such kindness. I stayed for 2 nights and 2 days here, nothing to complain about. Breakfast was ordinary but still tasted good, it’s a standard array of dishes served in all Vietnamese hotels I guess. Thank you and good job guys!

This was a fantastic hotel! I can’t recommend it highly enough. I found it very difficult to pick hotels in Hanoi because often what you see in the listing is not what you get. I was very lucky and happy to find this hotel. First, the room itself was beautiful. The bed was on the softer side and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The location is also excellent - it’s near all the action but not right in the action, meaning you aren’t battling the street noise when you are trying to sleep, and it’s much easier for taxis to get in and out.

Service and hospitality at this hotel were outstanding! Our stay was exceptional, highlighted by attentive staff. The hotel breakfast was also superb and we received fantastic recommendations for dining and activities around Hanoi. Highly recommend the Anise to everyone and looking forward to staying again in the future!

We felt totally comfortable to return to this lovely hotel Each day after travelling around Hanoi. The staff were just amazing, so helpful kind and caring The breakfast was superb, the location was right in the heart of it all and the rooms were quiet at night night with all the hustle and bustle of Hanoi outside.

This is a wonderful hotel. I have never enjoyed a hotel like this one. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms and beds are quite clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices were numerous and delicious. In all my travels I rate this hotel as the best I’ve ever stayed at.
